It shows how leads, memberships, visits, classes, personal training, Pilates packages, sales and management reporting can share one operational record. The business, people and data are fictional. The Problem

Fitness teams often coordinate enquiries, membership dates, attendance, package balances and payments in separate places. A front-desk question can turn into a search through spreadsheets and messages, while managers assemble figures from records that do not agree. FitOS explores that operational problem using a fictional business.

How It Works

Follow a lead into a member record, review membership and check-in activity, then explore class capacity, waitlists and attendance. Personal training and private or semi-private Pilates packages keep session balances visible. Sales and payment verification connect to reporting so managers can examine the same underlying activity. This is an illustrative workflow; a custom system would be scoped around your own rules, team and financial processes.
